3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
3.1 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within:
- Metro Manila
- Cavite
- Laguna
3.2 Delivery Fees
- FREE delivery for orders worth ₱50,000 and above (Metro Manila)
- Delivery fees range from ₱1,000 to ₱2,500 depending on location
- Final delivery fee is confirmed upon checkout or order processing
3.3 Delivery Conditions
- Delivery schedules depend on availability
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
- Items may arrive separately if purchased in multiple transactions
3.4 Provincial / Regional Shipping
- Customers must arrange their own courier or forwarder
- We may assist in delivering items to a Metro Manila forwarder (fees apply)
- All shipping-related costs are the customer’s responsibility
4. PICK-UP POLICY
- Pick-up location: San Nicolas III, Bacoor, Cavite
- Customers must ensure:
- Vehicle can accommodate the item
- Proper handling during transport
5. THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY
- Customers arranging their own delivery assume full responsibility
- Winks Furniture is not liable for damages during transit via third-party couriers
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Customers must review product dimensions and specifications before purchase
- We are not responsible for items that do not fit intended spaces
7. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
7.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- Reported within 24–48 hours
- Item is unused and in original condition
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse
7.3 Refunds
- Issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
7.4 Exchanges
- Allowed only for defective or approved cases
- Subject to stock availability
8. GIFT REGISTRY POLICY
8.1 Overview
Our Gift Registry allows customers (“Registrant”) to create a list of desired items that others (“Gift Givers”) may purchase.
8.2 Ownership
- Items purchased from a registry belong to the Registrant
- Gift Givers purchase items on behalf of the Registrant
8.3 Payments
- Gift Givers complete payment at checkout
- Standard pricing and delivery fees apply
8.4 Delivery
- Items may be delivered to:
- The Registrant
- The Gift Giver
- Items may arrive separately depending on purchases
8.5 Returns & Refunds (Registry Orders)
- Only the Gift Giver may request a refund
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- The Registrant may request exchanges, subject to approval
8.6 Damaged Items
- Must be reported within 24–48 hours
- Third-party shipping damages are not covered
8.7 Registry Management
- Registrants may edit or remove items
- We may remove unavailable products or correct errors
